Website information
Privacy
This notice explains the data behavior of the public Life Link website and certificate verifier.
Certificate verification
The verifier uses an exact certificate number to return matching certificate-facing records. Individual results intentionally display the full Iqama number because it is used to compare the public result with the issued certificate. Equipment results display the recorded serial number.
The complete certificate dataset is kept server-side. The site provides no public bulk-list endpoint, and direct result pages are marked not to be indexed by search engines.
Contact, complaint and registration forms
When you submit a form, the website sends the information to Life Link’s published WordPress form service so the relevant team can respond. Registration may include an optional picture or government ID copy; complaint submissions may include supporting evidence. Attachments are limited to JPG, PNG or PDF files up to 5 MB and are not logged by this Next.js application.
Only provide identity documents when necessary for the chosen course or certification. Life Link uses submitted information to handle the enquiry, complaint or registration and should retain it only for the relevant operational, legal or certification need.
Feedback form
The floating feedback control opens a separate Life Link feedback website. Information submitted there is governed by the notice and handling shown on that service.
Hosting and logs
The website host may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timing for delivery, security, and operational logging. No analytics or advertising tracker has been added by this implementation.
